Industry-standard, hot-dip-galvanized, corrugated, structural steel plate bridges for medium and small applications.

For a strong, effective bridging alternative, Multi-Plate™ is the product of choice for its light weight, strength and versatility. With a corrugation profile of 200 mm pitch by 55 mm depth, Multi-Plate™ is available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. It is perfect for highly economical bridge construction or replacement, as well as many other applications in the transportation, public works, mining and forestry sectors, to name a few.

Efficient designs install quickly and easily with minimal environmental impacts, and their wide-span capability prevents blockages and flooding associated with concrete box designs. Multi-Plate™ structures require virtually no maintenance compared to concrete, reducing future costs and negative site impact.

Versatile

Multi-Plate™ structures are available in spans from 1.5 m to 12 m and come in a wide variety of shapes and configurations to suit many different project needs, including Round Pipes, Pipe Arches, Vertical and Horizontal Ellipses, and Low, Medium and High Profile Arches. And, depending on the structural capacity and hydraulic efficiencies required, Multi-Plate™ structures can be supplied with square, bevelled or skewed ends. Integrated headwall and wingwall solutions are also available.

Available Shapes

Standard and Low Profile Arches

Anchored on footings, these arches are ideal for installations where there is limited headroom and low height of cover restrictions.

High Profile Arches

Whether Elliptical or Horseshoe, these arches are engineered to maintain a natural waterway and not affected by an abrasive bedload.

Round Pipe

The most common and versatile of the Multi-Plate™ shapes, Round Pipe is used primarily for culverts, sewers and sub-drains.

Pipe-Arch

Ideal for bridges and underpasses with limited overhead clearance, the unique Pipe-Arch shape provides hydraulic advantages at low flow rates for culverts and sewers.

Elliptical

The Elliptical shapes are commonly used for underpasses and service tunnels.
